Jeff Cohn
Realtor, Certified Real Estate Negotiator
Jeff grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Millard North High School. During his college years he traveled to Brazil, where he lived for two years working as a missionary. Jeff studied Business Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and his course of study included classes in real estate law and principles. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree and as one of the top Realtors in Omaha, Jeff has consecutively sold over 10 million dollars in residential home sales year after year. Jeff loves saving his client's time and money by implementing the most advanced marketing techniques available while applying the latest negotiating strategies.

Jeff is fluent in Portuguese and adept at conversational Spanish. He volunteers as a leader for a local Cub Scout Den, and, as an Eagle Scout, has been involved in scouting activities for several years. Jeff enjoys running and lifting weights as well as playing racquetball, squash and basketball. Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and is always planning his next family vacation.

Renae Cohn
Realtor, Certified Relocation Professional
Renae was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Burke High School. She has been a realtor since 1987 and thrives on working with buyers to help them find the perfect home. Renae gained valuable firsthand experience in new construction by supervising the building of several of her own homes. She also has extensive staging experience, and is able to help make homes look their absolute best. As a Certified Relocation Professional, Renae enjoys introducing people to the Omaha area, always showing Midwest hospitality and treating people like they are family.

Renae volunteers as the nursery leader at her church, and enjoys gardening and watching the wildlife at her home on the Elkhorn River. She likes to cook and spend time with her grandchildren. She and Marc have been married over 35 years.

Cindy Hartzell
Realtor, Certified New Homes Sales Professional
Cindy was born and raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. She worked as a loan officer and underwriter and is currently an active Certified Residential Appraiser FHA approved. She joins The Cohn Team after working for a new construction builder, during which time she earned "Rookie Representative of the Year" and "Quality Representative of the Year" awards. As a dedicated real estate professional, Cindy is committed to working hard for her customers. It gives her great pleasure to be able to provide her expertise in the important decision of buying and/or selling a home.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys working out and spending time with her friends and family. One of their family traditions is volunteering at homeless shelters over the Holidays.

Marc Cohn
Realtor
Marc grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Burke High School. He worked 28 years in the telecommunications industry. His experience as a broker has provided The Cohn Team with valuable insight into the current real estate market as well as the rules, regulations and policies surrounding the business.

Marc volunteers as a children's Sunday School teacher and sings in the church choir. Marc is a professional photographer on the side, enjoys playing the guitar, and swings the occasional golf club. 2 He enjoys spending time with his family and is often recruited to help with projects around their homes. He and Renae have been married over 35 years.

Mike Caniglia
Realtor, New Construction Expert
Mike was born and raised in the Omaha area, and graduated from Papillion High School. Immediately after high school he began a career in home construction and remodeling, specializing in framing, trimming and woodwork. Having built a number of homes, Mike is extremely knowledgeable with the home-building process. This experience sets him apart from other Realtors when working with buyers and sellers. He brings unique experience to The Cohn Team as a former La Vista police officer and served 22 years as a fire fighter with the Omaha Fire Department. Mike takes great pride in helping friends and neighbors with home-maintenance projects and he provides each of his clients with the same willing, friendly service.

In his free time, Mike spends time with his grandchildren, makes guitars (and plays them!), and enjoys golf when he can find another beginner to join him. He is currently learning to speak Italian.

Kevin McGowan
Realtor/Marketing Director
Kevin was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Creighton Prep High School. He went on to graduate with honors from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Management. Kevin brings the latest marketing ideas to The Cohn Team, with a professional focus on photography and videography. With a passion and enthusiasm for real estate, Kevin.s primary goal is to insure a positive experience and optimal results for his clients.

Kevin has a passion for outdoor adventures such as hiking, whitewater rafting and skydiving. He also plays bass guitar in a band and regularly plays shows around the Omaha area. Kevin looks forward to traveling the world and capturing his journey through the lens of a camera.
