Jeff Cohn
Realtor, Certified Real Estate Negotiator
Jeff grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Millard North High School. During his college years he traveled to Brazil, where he lived for two years working as a missionary. Jeff studied Business Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and his course of study included classes in real estate law and principles. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree. Since he joined The Cohn Team, Jeff has helped triple The Cohn Team's sales volume with his advanced marketing techniques, lead generation and professional negotiation skills.

Jeff is fluent in Portuguese and adept at conversational Spanish. He volunteers as a leader for a local Cub Scout Den, and, as an Eagle Scout, has been involved in scouting activities for several years. Jeff enjoys anything competitive: racquetball, paint ball and online video games. He likes hunting, fishing, camping and is always planning his next vacation with his family.

Renae Cohn
Realtor, Certified Relocation Professional
Renae was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Burke High School. She has been a realtor since 1987 and thrives on working with buyers to help them find the perfect home. Renae gained valuable firsthand experience in new construction by supervising the building of several of her own homes. She also has extensive staging experience, and is able to help make homes look their absolute best. As a Certified Relocation Professional, Renae enjoys introducing people to the Omaha area, always showing Midwest hospitality and treating people like they are family.

Renae volunteers as the nursery leader at her church, and enjoys gardening and watching the wildlife at her home on the Elkhorn River. She likes to cook and spend time with her grandchildren. She and Marc have been married 34 years.

Marc Cohn
Realtor, Associate Broker
Marc grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Burke High School. He worked 28 years in the telecommunications industry. In 1987, Marc became a realtor and was the broker/manager for Coldwell Banker Select before joining N.P. Dodge as an associate broker in 2005. His experience as a broker has provided The Cohn Team with valuable insight into the current real estate market as well as the rules, regulations and policies surrounding the business.

Marc volunteers as a children's Sunday School teacher and sings in the church choir. Marc is a professional photographer on the side, enjoys playing the guitar, and swings the occasional golf club. He enjoys spending time with his family and is often recruited to help with projects around their homes. He and Renae have been married 34 years.

Kim Stephens
Realtor
Kim grew up in Polk, a small town in Nebraska, and graduated from Polk High School. She received her Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and for many years has worked with at-risk teenagers helping them achieve their goal of graduating high school. Kim works as a buyer's agent for The Cohn Team and also specializes in lead generation. Her professionalism and genuine concern for her clients make her a valuable asset to The Cohn Team.

Kim has two sons, a daughter-in-law and a new grandson! She and her husband of 25 years love living in their downtown condo. Kim enjoys working out, traveling and going to movies.

Jonathan Cohn
Attorney
Jonathan grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Millard North High School. After high school he spent two years in Japan working as a missionary. He received a Bachelors of Arts degree from Brigham Young University, and then went on to graduate from the Creighton University School of Law. He operated a successful law firm in Omaha and is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association.

Jonathan is fluent in Japanese and adept at conversational French. He enjoys playing duplicate bridge, has played against both Warren Buffett and Bill Gates, and competes in National Bridge Championship events. He and his wife are enjoying their two children and love travel, having been to 4 continents.
